Wholesale VoIP Termination with Searchable A-Z Rates
Wholesale VoIP termination for resellers and high-volume business traffic with searchable A-Z rates, billing increments and route testing.
Who buys wholesale VoIP termination here
- Call centers and BPOs running outbound or blended campaigns from a dialer such as VICIdial, Asterisk or a hosted contact-center platform.
- VoIP resellers and carriers who need A-Z coverage on published rates, using the same workflow as every business customer — see Become a Reseller.
- AI voice platforms that need standard SIP carrier connectivity for outbound calls — see AI Voice SIP.
- Press 1 / IVR campaign operators running consented keypress-transfer traffic — see Press 1 routes.
Termination models available
Rates are published per route type, and the two are listed separately because they are different routes: the Outbound call-center route carries live agent calls, and the Press 1 / IVR route carries recorded-message and keypress-transfer campaigns. Whether caller ID is presented (CLI) or not guaranteed (NCLI) varies by route and destination — see CLI & NCLI routes.
Prefix-level rates, effective dates and billing increments
Every published rate applies to a dialling prefix, with the longest matching prefix used for a call. Each rate shows its billing increment (for example 1/1, 6/6, 60/1 or 60/60) and its effective date; scheduled future changes are shown separately and never as the current price. For short-call traffic the increment can matter as much as the rate — see billing increments explained and reconciling usage and balance.
Concurrency and CPS
Concurrent channels and calls per second are agreed per service during provisioning rather than published as a blanket figure. State your expected peak concurrency and CPS in the route-test request; for sizing help see SIP channels, CPS and failover.
How testing and onboarding work
- Shortlist destinations in the rate explorer or the full CSV rate sheet.
- Request a route test with destinations, daily minutes, concurrency, CPS, dialer and a description of the lawful traffic.
- The request is reviewed manually; you may be asked for company details or clarification of the traffic.
- On approval, SIP credentials or your fixed source IP are set up through the client portal.
- Test on your own permitted numbers — see how to test a VoIP route — then fund the prepaid account and ramp gradually.
Compliance and acceptable use
Wholesale routes are for lawful business traffic only. You are responsible for consent, do-not-call screening, calling hours and caller-ID rules in every destination; spoofed caller IDs, unlawful robocalls and fraud are not provisioned. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Support
Registered customers raise route issues through support tickets with the affected prefixes, timestamps and SIP response codes. Common issues are covered in the Help Center: SIP 503, SIP 403, one-way audio and ASR, ACD and PDD.

Frequently asked questions
What does A-Z wholesale VoIP termination mean?
Coverage across every published destination, with per-prefix rates, billing increments and effective dates searchable in the live rate explorer rather than quoted only on request.
How is wholesale VoIP billed?
Per minute, using a stated billing increment (for example 1/1 or 6/6) that varies by destination — see the billing increment calculator for what a specific increment means for your actual call durations and cost.
Can resellers use these published rates directly?
Yes. There is no separate, hidden reseller rate tier — resellers use the same published rates, route-test workflow and SIP provisioning as any business customer. See Become a Reseller.
How do I get a full rate deck?
The complete current rate sheet is downloadable as a single CSV file, or searchable destination-by-destination in the live rate explorer.
