Why request a test

Route and DID availability, documentation requirements, caller-identification rules and pricing vary by destination and by intended traffic. A route test confirms availability and expected quality before you commit volume.

What to include

• Target country or countries and destination type (fixed, mobile or both).
• Route type: outbound telemarketing or Press 1 broadcast.
• Expected daily minutes and concurrent calls.
• Dialer or PBX in use, and preferred authentication (IP or SIP credentials).
• A description of the intended, lawful traffic.

What happens next

Requests are reviewed manually; declined where the stated use would be unlawful in the destination. Approved tests confirm availability, and pricing before activation.
