Permitted use

Services may be used for lawful business communication: customer service, appointment setting, research, account servicing, collections conducted lawfully, and sales activity to which the recipient may lawfully be contacted.

Prohibited use

  • Unlawful robocalling, or automated calling in breach of the destination's rules.
  • Caller-ID spoofing, or presenting a number the customer is not authorised to use.
  • Calling numbers registered on an applicable do-not-call or preference register without a lawful exemption.
  • Calling outside the permitted hours of the destination jurisdiction.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation of a bank, government body or other organisation, or any technical-support scam.
  • Sending malware, or using infrastructure for unauthorised scanning, credential attacks or intrusion.
  • Harassment, threats or repeated unwanted contact after an opt-out.
  • Processing personal data obtained unlawfully, or reselling supplied data without written permission.
  • Circumventing telecommunications controls, number-portability rules or carrier policies.

Consent and opt-out

Customers must honour opt-out, unsubscribe and do-not-call requests promptly and permanently, and must maintain their own suppression list. An opt-out received by the customer must be honoured by the customer even where our data does not reflect it.

Monitoring and enforcement

We do not monitor call content. We do act on abuse reports, carrier complaints, regulator contact and anomalous traffic patterns. Confirmed breach results in suspension or termination without refund, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected misuse of a service supplied by us to support@callcenterboost.com with the date, time and number involved. Abuse reports are prioritised ahead of general support.
