Sub-processors & Infrastructure
The categories of third party involved in delivering the service and how changes are notified.
Categories in use
- Cloud hosting and virtual server providers — application hosting, VICIdial servers and cloud desktops.
- Network and DDoS protection providers — traffic delivery and availability.
- Wholesale telecommunications carriers and VoIP termination partners — call routing to destination networks.
- Data licensors and list owners — source contact records, as described in Data Sourcing & Lawful Basis.
- Backup and storage providers — encrypted operational backups.
- Accounting and professional advisers — statutory record keeping.
Current named list
A current list naming each sub-processor, its role, its processing location and the transfer mechanism relied on is maintained and provided on request to any customer under contract. Request it from support@callcenterboost.com.
It is provided on request rather than published because the carrier and licensor mix is commercially sensitive and changes by route and market.
Requirements we impose
- A written contract including confidentiality and data-protection terms before any personal data is shared.
- Processing limited to what is needed to deliver the service.
- An appropriate transfer mechanism for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
- Prompt notification to us of any security incident.
Change notification
Customers under contract are notified at least 30 days before a new sub-processor category is added, and may object in writing during that period. Where an objection cannot be resolved, the customer may terminate the affected service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid, undelivered fees.
