What we do

CallCenterBoost supplies four categories of service to business customers: country-specific contact databases, wholesale VoIP termination for outbound and Press 1 broadcast traffic, managed VICIdial dialer servers, and Windows cloud desktops used as agent workstations.

What we do not do

We do not place calls or send messages on a customer's behalf, and we are not a marketing agency. We do not operate as a bank, payment institution, money transmitter or exchange; cryptocurrency is accepted only as payment for our own services and we do not hold customer balances, offer custody or exchange currency for third parties.

We do not supply data or telephony for unlawful robocalling, caller-ID spoofing, fraud, phishing or impersonation, and we terminate accounts found doing so.

Regulatory position

Contact-data supply and outbound telephony are regulated differently in every market. CallCenterBoost is the supplier of the data or route; the customer is the party that decides who to contact, when and with what message, and is therefore the controller of that campaign and the party responsible for local telemarketing registration, consent and calling-hour rules.

This division of responsibility is stated in the Terms of Service and in the Data Processing Terms and is not a disclaimer of our own obligations, which are set out in the Data Sourcing and Lawful Basis document.
