Complaints & Escalation

How to raise a complaint, the stages it passes through, expected timescales, and the external routes available to you.

Stage 1 — Support

Raise the issue with support through WhatsApp, Telegram or support@callcenterboost.com. Include the order ID and what outcome you are seeking. Most issues are resolved here within 24 hours.

Stage 2 — Formal complaint

If Stage 1 does not resolve it, email support@callcenterboost.com with the subject line "Formal complaint". This is reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.

  • Acknowledged within 3 business days.
  • Substantive written response within 15 business days.
  • If more time is needed, we tell you why and give a revised date.
  • The response states the decision, the reasons and any remedy offered.

Stage 3 — External escalation

You are not required to exhaust our internal process before going externally, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.

  • Data protection matters: your national data protection authority, such as the ICO in the United Kingdom or your supervisory authority in the EEA.
  • Telecoms and unwanted-call matters: the telecoms or communications regulator in the country where the call was received.
  • Consumer matters: the consumer protection body or trading standards equivalent in your jurisdiction.
  • Court proceedings: subject to the governing law stated in the Company & Legal Information document (Not published yet — request in writing from support.).

Reporting abuse of our services

To report misuse of a dataset, route or server supplied by us — including unwanted calls, spoofed caller ID or unlawful messaging — email support@callcenterboost.com with the date, time, the number involved and any recording or message content. Abuse reports are actioned ahead of general support, and confirmed abuse results in suspension or termination under the Acceptable Use Policy.
