1. Service scope

CallCenterBoost supplies or coordinates business datasets, telephony configuration, VICIdial services and cloud infrastructure as described on each product page. Exact specifications, routes and delivery times may be confirmed after an order review. Where a stated specification cannot be met we cancel and refund rather than substituting a different service.

2. Eligibility and customer responsibility

Services are supplied to businesses, not to consumers. By ordering, the customer confirms it is acting for business purposes and that the individual placing the order is authorised to bind the business.

Customers must provide accurate identity, business and intended-use information. Services may only be used for lawful activity and in compliance with privacy, telemarketing, telecommunications, sanctions, export-control and consumer-protection rules applicable to the customer and the target market.

3. Prohibited uses

Spam, phishing, impersonation, caller-ID spoofing, unlawful robocalling, malware, credential attacks, unauthorised scanning, harassment, fraud, bypassing telecommunications controls, and handling unlawfully obtained personal data are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

4. Data responsibilities

Where contact data is supplied, the customer becomes an independent controller of that data on delivery and is responsible for its own lawful basis, privacy notice, do-not-call screening and calling-hour compliance. The Data Processing Terms set out the full allocation of roles.

5. Payment

Payment is in cryptocurrency only. Orders are not considered paid until the required amount reaches the displayed wallet on the correct network and is confirmed. Transfers to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable. Network fees are paid by the customer. Prices exclude any tax that the customer is required to account for in its own jurisdiction.

6. Delivery and review

Some services require a compliance or feasibility review. CallCenterBoost may refuse, suspend or cancel an order that presents legal, fraud, abuse, sanctions or technical risk. Delivery targets are set out in the Service Levels & Delivery document.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service immediately on evidence of prohibited use, non-payment, sanctions exposure or a risk to network integrity. Where suspension is for confirmed abuse, no refund is due. Either party may terminate a recurring service at the end of the current billing period on written notice.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

Services are supplied on the terms stated for the relevant product. CallCenterBoost does not guarantee campaign results, answer rates, sales conversions, uninterrupted third-party networks or the accuracy of customer-supplied requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnity

The customer indemnifies CallCenterBoost against claims, penalties and costs arising from the customer's use of a supplied dataset, route, server or desktop in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; material changes are notified to customers under contract at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by Not published yet — request in writing from support., and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory right the customer has in its own country.
