What we are not
CallCenterBoost is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter or exchange. Cryptocurrency is accepted solely as payment for our own services. We do not hold customer balances, provide custody, exchange currency for third parties or offer any investment product.
How payment works
- Select a currency and network at checkout; the invoice shows the exact amount, asset, network and destination address.
- Send the exact amount from a wallet you control. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Submit the transaction ID against the order.
- An administrator verifies amount, asset, network and confirmation count on the relevant blockchain explorer.
- The order moves to payment confirmed, then provisioning, then completed.
Rates and amounts
For USDT the invoice amount is treated as 1:1 with USD. For BTC, ETH and LTC the invoice is calculated from a reference rate at the time the invoice is issued. If market movement means the received amount is materially short, we contact you before proceeding rather than silently cancelling.
Networks
The blockchain network is part of the invoice, not a suggestion. Sending USDT on a network other than the one displayed, or sending a different asset to the address shown, may result in permanent loss. Those transfers are not treated as received and cannot generally be recovered.
Compliance checks
Payment origin is screened as described in KYC, AML & Sanctions. Funds traceable to a mixing service, sanctioned address or known theft are refused, and the order is cancelled.
Security warning
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or wallet password, and we will never ask you to send funds to an address given over chat that differs from the address on your invoice. Always re-check the address in your account before sending. Report any message that does otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy and are returned in the same asset, on the same network, to the originating wallet.
