Scope
This policy covers personal data about our customers and website visitors. It does not cover the contact records contained in datasets we supply — those are addressed in Data Sourcing & Lawful Basis and Your Data Rights, which is where individuals should go to request access or removal.
Information we collect
We do not collect card numbers or bank details, because we do not accept those payment methods. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this website.
- Account details: name, email address, and the WhatsApp or Telegram handle used for support.
- Business information: company name and the intended use declared for an order.
- Order records: products ordered, invoice amounts, cryptocurrency transaction identifiers and order status history.
- Support correspondence.
- Technical logs: IP address, request time and user agent, retained for security and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
- To perform the contract: creating accounts, processing orders, provisioning and supporting services.
- Legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, and improving the service.
- Legal obligation: accounting records, tax records and anti-money-laundering due diligence.
Who we share it with
With the sub-processor categories listed in the Sub-processors & Infrastructure document, only as needed to deliver the service, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell customer personal data.
International transfers
Where customer data is transferred across borders, an appropriate transfer mechanism is applied, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
- Account and order records: for the life of the account and then for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Due-diligence records: for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering rules.
- Security logs: a rolling short retention period, unless retained for a specific investigation.
Your rights
Customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of their own account data by emailing support@callcenterboost.com. The same timescales stated in Your Data Rights apply. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser local storage to keep your cart, session token and display-currency preference. These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
