Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about data sourcing and legality, removal requests, crypto payment and due diligence, delivery, data quality and support.

Who operates CallCenterBoost?

CallCenterBoost is a trading name operated by Not published yet — request in writing from support.. Registration and address details, and how to verify them independently, are set out on the Company & Legal Information page.

Where does your contact data come from?

From public registries and directories, licensed third-party providers under written contract, and publishers who collected the records with notice to the individual. We refuse breached, leaked or unlawfully scraped data, special-category data and financial or government identifiers. The Data Sourcing & Lawful Basis page sets out the full position.

Is buying a contact database legal?

Supplying and buying business contact data is lawful in most markets, but what you may then do with it varies significantly. You need your own lawful basis to make contact, you must screen against the applicable do-not-call register, and some markets require prior opt-in consent for email or SMS to individuals. We supply the data and the recorded source; the calling or messaging decision and its compliance are yours.

How do I remove my details from your data?

Email support@callcenterboost.com with the subject "Data rights request" and the number or address you believe we hold. Suppression is applied immediately on receipt and there is no charge. See Your Data Rights for the full process and timescales.

Why do you only accept cryptocurrency?

Our customers are internationally distributed and card acquiring for this sector is impractical. It is not to avoid scrutiny: customer due diligence, sanctions screening and payment-origin checks still apply, and are described on the KYC, AML & Sanctions page. We are not a financial institution and never take custody of customer funds.

Are payments automatically confirmed?

No. Verification is manual. You submit the transaction ID and an administrator verifies the amount, asset, network and confirmation count against the invoice before the order proceeds. Invoices state the exact asset and network; a transfer on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.

What happens if the data is bad?

If more than 10% of delivered records fail the agreed specification, the affected records are replaced free of charge, or a pro-rata credit is issued where replacement is not possible. Raise it within 7 days of delivery with a sample of the failing records. See Service Levels & Delivery.

Do you guarantee sales or contact rates?

No, and no honest supplier will. We commit to the field specification, format, record count, validation and suppression of what we deliver. Response and conversion depend on your offer, timing, targeting and execution.

Can I buy VoIP for any country?

No. Route and DID availability, documentation requirements, caller-identification rules and pricing vary by destination and by intended use. Availability is confirmed before activation, and we decline routes where the stated use would be unlawful in the destination.

What activity will get my account terminated?

Spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, caller-ID spoofing, unlawful robocalling, malware, unauthorised scanning, credential attacks, harassment, and use of unlawfully sourced personal data. Confirmed abuse results in suspension or termination without refund.

How do I report an unwanted call?

Email support@callcenterboost.com with the date, time and the number that called you. If a customer of ours placed the call we can identify and act against them. You may also report it to the telecoms regulator in your country, and we will cooperate with any enquiry.

How do I get support?

WhatsApp, Telegram or support@callcenterboost.com. Include your order ID for anything relating to an existing purchase. General enquiries are answered within 24 hours.
