Support Centre
How CallCenterBoost support works: ticket categories, the published response target, escalation and the client ticket portal.
How support works
Registered clients open and track support tickets from the Client Area. Every ticket gets a reference number, a category and a priority, and you receive an email whenever there is a new reply.

Response target
General support is answered within 24 hours. This is a target, not a contractual guarantee of a specific response time — see Service Levels & Delivery for what is formally committed.
Escalation
If a ticket needs escalation, say so in the ticket or contact us directly — see Complaints & Escalation for the full process.
Other ways to reach us
WhatsApp, Telegram and email are shown in the site header and footer for pre-sales and general enquiries. Existing customers get the fastest, most trackable resolution through a support ticket.
