How Crypto Payment Verification Works
The step-by-step process from invoice to provisioning for a cryptocurrency-only checkout.
The process
- You select a configured cryptocurrency and network at checkout; the invoice amount is calculated in that asset.
- You send the exact invoiced amount to the wallet address shown, on the exact network shown — sending on the wrong network can result in an unrecoverable loss and is the customer's responsibility to avoid.
- You submit the transaction ID (hash) through your order page.
- An administrator manually verifies the transaction on the relevant blockchain explorer against the invoiced amount, address and network.
- Once verified, the order status moves to confirmed and provisioning begins.
Why manual verification
Verification is manual because CallCenterBoost does not take custody of customer funds and is not a financial institution — there is no automated payment processor in the loop. This is slower than an automated card payment but keeps the payment flow transparent and auditable.
If something looks wrong
We will never give you a payment address over chat that differs from the one on your invoice. If you are asked to pay a different address than what your invoice shows, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately through a verified channel.
